10/13/2025 - 2024 (CAPER)- Public Comments Welcome - The City of Springfield, Illinois, has made available for review and is seeking public comments on its 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER). This report summarizes the City’s accomplishments and progress in meeting the goals outlined in its 2024 HUD Annual Plan. Copies of the 2024 CAPER report will be available for review beginning October 13th, 2025 on the City’s website at www.springfield.il.us or at the Office of Planning & Economic Development located at 800 E. Monroe Suite 107 Springfield, IL 62701.

Persons interested in commenting on the document should send written comments to the following address: Office of Planning & Economic Development, ATTN: CP Comments, 800 E. Monroe Suite 107 Springfield IL 62701 or to info.OPED@springfield.il.us. The City will accept comments received before 4:30 PM on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025.
